These Terms govern your access and use of Meaningful Synergies® products and related affiliated or endorsed products, and services including any digital offerings provided via our websites, affiliated websites and all of our digital assets (e.g. meaningfulsynergies.com, meaningfulsynergies.eu and any other sites to which these Terms are linked, as well as endorsed Academy programs, all of our workshops (hybrid, face-to-face). We refer to our digital assets, collectively as our “Digital Properties”.

You must agree to this Agreement if you’re going to use our website or any of the services we offer here at the website or through our digital platform and social media channels.

As a user of this website (operated by Meaningful Synergies® Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, you acknowledge that any use of this website by you including any transactions you make is subject to the terms and conditions listed below and includes any other important sections such as Cancelation and Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change and modify these Terms at any time, without any prior notice to you. Any updates to these Terms will be posted or linked to our Digital Properties, including meaningfulsynergies.com, meaningfulsynergies.eu and any other sites to which these Terms are linked and will apply to you prospectively, so you should check back each time you use our Services, so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Meaningful Synergies® reserves the right to all intellectual property in relation to this website and the services provided. All content contained on the Website (collectively, “Content “), such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and data compilations are our property or the property of our licensors or licensees, and the compilation of the Content on the Website is our exclusive property, protected by international copyright laws, treaties and conventions. We created consistent, cohesive brand language that captures the spirit of our values and unique approach. Our Marks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users or that disparages or discredits us or anyone else. If you opt to use any trademarks, designs or other brand features, you acknowledge your acceptance of our terms. Not following the guidelines might result in brand abuse, and might hold the abuser susceptible to legal action.

Meaningful Synergies® will record the hybrid digital workshops including digital workshops. That means Meaningful Synergies® might take and use audio or visual recordings and photographs of you for the following purposes:

to be displayed on all Meaningful Synergies® and affiliated sites “Digital Properties”

to appear in Meaningful Synergies® publications (including, but not limited to, prospectuses, marketing materials, and annual reports) general publicity purposes

If you have any concerns about or wish to opt-out to audio or visual recordings and photographs being taken, please contact us.

If you would like us to remove any specific audio or visual recording or photograph of you from an existing Meaningful Synergies® publication, website or display, please contact by emailing us at hello@meaningfulsynergies.com

Submissions and Protection

You may not use false details (such as name, phone, e-mail address), impersonate anyone, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content.

You are aware that the information set out in the registration form (name, email address, phone number, country) is needed for sharing any further information regarding the digital workshops (such as access to the webinar, or follow-up emails). In order to be informed this information needs to be up to date before, during, and after the workshop.

Your ticket and registration code are personal. You will have access to use certain areas of the Website. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and ID assigned to you. You will be responsible for any activity conducted under your assigned password or ID.

System Requirements

Use of certain areas of the Website requires Internet access, audio manager software or other software allowing the downloading and storing of audio and audio-visual files in digital format. You acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to comply with the system requirements of your Software and Device.

Liability Agreement

The Meaningful Synergies® programs are fun, experiential and intriguing workshops. All trainings are an opportunity to go through an easy-going process that goes surprisingly deep. Meaningful Synergies® programs are not a substitute for psychiatric, or psycho-therapeutic treatment. Meaningful Synergies® always strives for every participant’s well-being, it is the responsibility of each participant to take care of themselves. By engaging with our content, you accept that you are solely responsible for your physical and mental well-being during the workshops, training and also for your personal items.

Product Availability, Pricing and Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit information you supply is true and complete and your own, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Once we receive your order, we may checks your credit / debit card details and stock availability and then take payment from the card. Products are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the products, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are correct, errors sometimes do occur. If such an error in the price of the goods you have ordered is discovered, we will let you know of this as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the purchase as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. We do not negotiate prices on our products nor support the price match and comparison purchasing.

Products will remain property of Meaningful Synergies until they have been fully paid. Any tailor-made proposals shall be valid for a fixed time as limited according to each offer.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

Physical Products - tools & merchandise: For a full refund, you should claim a dispute within 30 days from the day of purchase and send us back the product. After receiving it we will refund your money for up to 30 days. If you believe that you received damaged or defective items, please reach out to our customer excellence team at hello@meaningfulsynergies.com

Our Consulting

The hourly rate for consulting services is payable as specified and is considered final upon completion of the session. Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed terms. Any additional fees or charges will be communicated and agreed upon in advance, and the final payment amount will reflect the accumulated hours of consultation. Any fixed packages shall be payable in full unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Our Mentoring Services -

A mentoring session will be deemed a 'no-show' and fully chargeable if the mentee fails to attend the scheduled appointment without providing advance notice in accordance with our rescheduling and cancellation policy expressed in initial proposal. Any fixed packages shall be payable in full unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Our Workshops and Training -

Up to 30 days prior the workshop - full refund
Up to 10 days prior the workshop - 50% refund
Up to 4 days prior the workshop - 25% refund
72 hour prior the workshop - no refund
If Games are received and used, no refund will be provided

Our Turning Point Program -

For a full refund, you should claim a cancellation up to 60 days before the date of the workshop, however, the five hundred Euro deposit will be converted to credits for future events or tools purchases
A cancellation request that will be claimed between 59 and 30 days before the start date of the workshop, will refund the customer 80% of the original payment
A cancellation request that will be claimed between 29 and 21 days before the start date of the workshop, will refund the customer 80% of the original payment, as credit equal to the total amount paid which can be used towards future Turning Point Program or other workshops
Up to 10 days prior the workshop - 50% refund as credits
Up to 4 days prior the workshop - 25% refund as credits
72 hour prior the workshop - no refund

Disclaimer -

While we have made every effort to ensure the presence of scheduled lead facilitators, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure events may cause lead facilitator cancellations. In such cases, the program organisers reserve the right to replace the scheduled lead facilitator with a suitable alternative without prior notice.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure in our performance of the Agreement by reason of the occurrence of an unforeseen event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, server failures, third-party service provider failures or service interruptions, embargo, labour disputes, lockouts and strikes, riots, war, floods, insurrections, legislative changes, and governmental actions.

Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus and therefore, no representations or warranties are granted as to the compliance of the content of the Website or the services offered through it with the laws of any other country or jurisdiction. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this legal notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.

Severance

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

The failure by either party to enforce any obligation under these Terms and Conditions at any time or for any period shall not be a waiver of them or of the right at any time subsequently to enforce all the obligations arising under these Terms and Conditions.
